About Emerging People
Emerging People was founded in 2011, by Tiffany Thomas (CEO) to provide residential services to individuals having developmental disabilities. Soon after, Bobby Richards (COO) became a part of the vision to enrich the lives of others. Emerging people has several group homes, where the individuals live full-time.
